Why Lake Wroth?

If you look at the heading on the second section of the  Permit Application you'll see where I got the term "Lake Wroth".

Not only does it say "Lake Wroth", but it refers to a section that is apparently no longer there.

After a lot of experience with the department, and a lot of study, I've come to the conclusion that this section of the form refers to homeowner labor--self-contracting. Anyone that knows the term "antecedent" knows the problem. There's no antecedent.

I don't like to call attention to typos--to make fun of serious work. But these forms have been out there forever. And they're full of typos. One typo even changes the instructions of the form completely. The change cost me $250. That's why I think the typos are fair game.

I had to get a survey based on the instructions on the form. But when I read the instructions elsewhere, I didn't need a survey. I read the same sentence without the typo and it changed the meaning entirely.
